Hey, I'm Jenny.
Life had other plans before it brought me here. I am a former lawyer, and I spent years in the corporate world. Then everything changed, and I found myself facing a very difficult period, one that altered how I saw everything.
During that difficult time, art and yoga helped me deeply. Through that experience, I learned how to restore balance and rebuild, which became the foundation for the work I share with others.
Today, I am an artist and yoga teacher, and the founder of a creative wellbeing company built on that same belief: that human connection, creativity and movement have the power to heal. I bring people together through creative workshops and wellbeing experiences designed to nurture positive mental and physical health, whether that is for you or your organisation, team building, workplace wellbeing, client engagement or private celebrations.
I can host events in English, Italian and Spanish.
This work is dedicated to the memory of my dear brother, who continues to inspire everything I do.
